Enma Ai : This Is The End

The last episode of Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori was pretty sad and I personally didn't like the way Ai had to go but it seems fair considering what she did to end up as Hell Girl. Still, this was a great show and I'm glad they made a 2nd season to explain Ai, Wanyuudou, Ichimoku Ren and Honne Onna's backstory.

I originally wanted to do draw, um, blood dripping from her face because of the last episode (with this expression too) but I decided do draw her looking peaceful with a little smile because she has never done this in the series.

This took me about a week to do, mostly busy with work, trying to finish Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (damn you ~ikibiH!) and taking LONG breaks in between. The background is of Ai's "world"-- this is where she takes a bath in the river before she heads out to take the poor soul to Hell.
